Hurmm....

I've been looking up a lot of meme's recently [watch out, there may or may not be a flood of them heading this way], and really been feeling the lack of OCs. I'm not that great with making characters that I really stick with! While I've written a handful of characters, I never put real physical descriptions of them - same as when I read: even my most adored characters in books that I've read, like Claire and Jamie from 'Outlander', don't have precise physical manifestations in my imagination... hmm.. It makes me want to create some OCs to keep around.

On the other hand, a lot of meme's say that you can replace an OC for a favourite character from some fandom too. This brings up another problem: picking favourite characters. I mean, I can't even say for sure who my favourite Disney characters are, let alone pick them out of the anime I watch, books I read, and movies I love! While I have a bunch of male characters from anime series and such that I adore, I had to think for over a half-hour to come up with even just TWO female characters I like enough to maybe draw them! How sad is that? =S

What are your favourite characters? Do you tend to lean more toward fav male characters, or more female favs? Suggestions on good anime and such to watch or manga to read to find some awesome females??
